Yellow and Green Melon
Yellow Melon stands out very easily from other related cousins by its bright yellow color, which inspired the Spaniards who were called “Canary”. White flesh and sweet flavor are also special. This melon is grown primarily in Spain. Green melon is a variety of melon with whitish and mottled skin, that it is also known as “Piel de sapo” (toad skin in Spanish). It is also found in Brazil and Central America.
